Holidays increase productivity, creativity and concentration. During the working period we are focused on everything related to work, we want to do things well, be effective and perform at our best. We concentrate all our efforts and goals on professional results.

We would say that the brain is very active, but it is only involved in a certain stimulation.

When we enjoy the holidays, the brain does not stop being active, but new areas are activated in response to other types of stimulation, producing an increase in new ideas and creativity. The conclusion is that holidays contribute to repair our body and mind producing benefits to face professional challenges.

In all training, and particularly in leadership training, there are challenges and knowing how to overcome them will be key:

√ Let’s learn to eliminate blind spots resulting from mental filters (quick judgement and bias).
√ Capacity for self-knowledge and self-regulation.
√ Focus on what is really important. Prioritise.
√ Practice empathic listening.
√ Know how to ask questions.
√ Feedback.
√ Learn to see reality in a disruptive way.
√ Action plan and follow-up.
√ Maintaining positivity.
